ORIGINS

Our 3 decades long successful experience in the industry of international recruitment has taught us some valuable lessons on commitment, transparency and the value of time management. This made us re-think our already successful but old business model. We respect the value of time and with lot of debates, ponderings, meetings and lots of thoughts we decided to come up with new business model for International recruitment which gives top priority to time, speed and transparency. Out of these deliberations came the idea of On Time Placements (OTP), a new company which is transparent, slick and professional. We have been approved by the ministry of external affairs and granted a recruitment license to recruit Indian manpower on behalf of our international clients.

MISSION STATEMENT

ON TIME PLACEMENT’S primary role is to place suitable candidates into permanent roles for the Oil and Gas, Construction, Power, Infrastructure, Automobile, Logistics, Hospitality, Technology, Defense and other related sectors in all of the Middle East, North America and the Far East. We offer custom made and innovative services for our client and candidates alike which is professional, unbiased and confidential.

We practice a completely transparent and internationally acceptable business model. Our major vision is keeping our clientele fully informed of the entire situation from the start till the end so that our clients are not upset or projects delayed by unexpected surprises. We strive for long-term relationships with all our clients who are willing to attain their recruitment objectives with our support.

Our management team has extensive experience in recruitment, as they have been actively involved in recruiting more than 50,000 personnel of various categories, abroad in their role as Senior Management with the previous company. More than 30 years of experience of our Management team ensures that the recruited manpower meets the quality requirement of various projects and clients while also ensuring the cost effectiveness of each and every project. Our Management has received special appreciation from various clients in ensuring the successful and speedy execution of requirements.
